Back after an extended injury-induced break from his video blog, Brian Roberts settled into his old seat on the top of the dugout to check in with O’s fans once again.

“You really get a grasp of what you love about the game and what you miss when it gets taken away,” B-Rob admitted as he touched on his injuries this season and his journey back to baseball in Baltimore.

Meanwhile, in addition to falling back in with the Birds, Brian has been preparing for his Fifth Annual Brian’s Baseball Bash, which is scheduled for Sunday, August 22. Fellow Oriole and big-time supporter of the Bash, Jeremy Guthrie, joined Brian for the latter half of his blog this week to talk about the event and help reveal some of the exciting auction items that will be up for grabs at the Bash.
